A year ago we were all amazed at photos of Jim Dearlove still playing golf at 100. Well guess what....of course he is still playing at 101!
The fourball pictured below played their regular game this week after a break because of the extreme heat. The combined age is now 366. From left to right, Cliff Reeve (86), Ian McDougall (82), Jim dealove (101) and Tom Darling (96).
Jim is truly remarkable and still clips that ball nicely away down the fairway, and still takes his golf seriously. We also forget about Tom Darling who really gives the ball a wallop despite his 96 years. And as for those other two youngsters.....
197 years of experience between them.
