Deanwood Green Fees 2019/20
It has been 2 years since any green fees went up at Deanwood and as we have explained previously all our costs continue to rise. Some of these price changes are increases and some are just restructuring to take account of the changing habits of customers. We are busier/quieter at very different times of the day & week than we were even 5 or 6 years ago and very different from the early days of the club.
The new tariff is very simple and should give more choice to those playing regularly at Deanwood. The Voucher books are now available to purchase in the Pro Shop. The new books of 20 green fee vouchers are now all for "Anytime Golf" and are £220. As that implies you can use those vouchers at any time of day and on any day of the week (364 days per year). This means that the vouchers will reduce the price to £11.00 per round.
When you book at Deanwood for 18 holes you take up 2 tee times and that is now reflected in the price.
As a guide for those deciding whether to be a member or buy vouchers/pay green fees.....
If you play an average of 9 holes per week and don't require a handicap or competitions the voucher books will save you approx £100 per year (on 5 Day Membership).
If you play an average of 9 holes per week and DO require a handicap or competitions the voucher books, plus a Handicap Membership, will save you approx £35 per year.
If you average less than 9 holes per week over a year the vouchers will save you more and this will be the way to go.
If you play more than 9 holes per week it will be more economical for you to pay either a 5 Day or Premier Membership.
