TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility and for general play at Deanwood.
The standard green fee rates are listed below and apply to all payments made in the Pro Shop. Special rates for 3 ball & 4 ball groups are available for online advance payment only. The discounted online rates are subject to regular adjustment.
Midweek 9 holes £12.50
18 holes £22.00
Weekend 9 holes £14.50
18 holes £25.00
Senior/Junior green fee rates are only available in the Pro Shop and may require age verification. Other group or seasonal offers may be available in the Pro Shop but only one discount scheme is allowed per booking.
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. The full payment will be taken at this point.
On arrival you should register in the Professional's shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.
If you cancel your booking more than 3 days before you are due to play, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
If you cancel your booking 1-2 days before you are due to play, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
If you fail to cancel your booking or cancel on the day of the booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund.
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
We have golf buggies available for hire. Pull trolleys are also available to rent but not bookable online.
Players wishing to use their own ride-on buggies must show proof of insurance to the Pro Shop before play.
We encourage novices to take to the golf course but expect all players to have at least some experience of how to behave on a golf course. Help & advice is available for new golfers so please ask.
No alcohol is to be consumed on the course.
No dogs are allowed on the course. Please also ensure any dogs left in cars are left responsibly for the benefit of both the dog and other patrons.
No bag sharing or club sharing.
Children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult on the course unless they have authorisation from the General Manager or Golf Professional.
The following forms of dress are not permitted on the course;
T-shirts. (Ladies may wear collarless shirts but not strappy tops).
Swim shorts or untailored shorts
Tracksuits or shellsuits
Blue denim jeans
